cellomondo CDs

cellomondo edition/CD #1 - Persistent Memory  was named after the very first piece of the project by Korean composer Seung-Won Oh. Rebirth in Sound, a work by French composer Aurélio Edler-Copes is name giver of the cellomondo edition/CD #2.

cellomondo edition/CD #3  invited composers from Mexico, Brazil and Portugal to link up with the theme a world in transformation. What keeps us busy? What stagnates - what transforms? Which new territories of sound can be discovered when composing for cello and live electronics? cellomondo received wonderful compositional answers to these questions by Juan Felipe Waller, Erika Vega, Hugo Vasco Reis, Micael Antunes and Gabriel Xavier.

The second cellomondo CD Rebirth in Sound with works by Aurélio Edler-Copes, Ryszard Lubieniecki, Jason Post, Alannah Halay, Dugal McKinnon, Patiparn Jaikampan and Artyom Kim will be available from February 2018 and can be ordered at the cellomondo CD shop.
